Extrema Ratio The Fulcrum Folder is the first folder produced by Extrema Ratio for an Italian anti-terrorism unit. This knife offers you a blade more like the structure of a fixed blade. The spine was designed to provide a strong pressure point for your thumb. The end of the handle is tempered steel and shaped so you can use it to break glass or for self-defense. The Fulcrum II has a lanyard hole.
The Fulcrum II Folders were developed to substitute for/and complement, fixed blades. They have a safe (and well tested) locking system: the back lock. These folders also have a manual lock which provides you with an additional level of safety. When closed, using this manual lock reduces the risk that the knife can be opened accidentally. All the screws, pins, and the clip are in burnished stainless steel. The Fulcrum II Folders are coated with a non-reflective coating that is very resistant to abrasion and oxidation.
Fulcrum II D in desert warfare version with geocamo blade and desert colour handle.
Developed to uniform as much as possible the soldiers equipment to the colors of the main theatres of operations.
The aluminium parts are coloured through a high level of anodized oxidation.
The Geocamo design is laser engraved on the blade which has a Mil Spec. Burnishing.
